- Countries: We currently ship within Australia.
- Future expansion: Additional regions are under consideration.
SHIPPING FEES
- Within Australia: Free shipping on all orders.
- No hidden fees: All costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time: 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Amsterdam time.
- Weekend orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
- Estimated delivery: 5 to 7 business days.
- Business days: Deliveries occur from Monday to Friday.
- Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.
DELIVERY PROCESS
- Carriers: We ship via Australia Post, StarTrack, and DHL Express.
- Insured shipments: All parcels are insured. In case of loss or damage, please contact our customer service.

ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking info: After your purchase, you will receive an email with the carrier’s name and your tracking number.

MISSING ITEM PROCEDURE

RETURN POLICY

- Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
- Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs: Covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error — in which case, TheStickyMate will cover the cost.
RESTOCKING FEES
- None: No restocking fees apply.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- Defective products: No return cost for the customer.
- Change of mind: Actual return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
